Vivo has launched another upper mid-range camera-centric smartphone called Vivo V17 in November 2019. It has a new L-shaped rear camera setup with a punch-hole display along with good hardware specifications. It came with Android 9.0 Pie over Funtouch OS 9.2 out-of-the-box.
Today Vivo has finally rolled the Android 11 update to the Vivo V17 in India with software version PD1948F_EX_A_6.70.6. The update brings Funtouch OS 11 to the top with all the Android 11 features and customization. In this guide, we will show you how to install the Android 11 firmware file manually on Vivo V17.

It has a 6.44-inches Super AMOLED Full-HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixels resolution. Under the hood, the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC, paired with Adreno 612 GPU. While it has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage option (expandable up to 256GB via a hybrid slot).
There is a quad rear camera setup of 48MP (wide, f/1.8) + 8MP (ultrawide, f/2.2) + 2MP (dedicated macro camera, f/2.4) + 2MP (depth sensor, f/2.4) lens. It has an LED flash, HDR, Panorama, PDAF, etc. On the front side, it packs a 32MP selfie camera (wide, f/2.0) with HDR mode.
The handset packs a bigger 4,500mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Type-C port, FM Radio, etc. In terms of the sensors, it features ambient light, an under-display fingerprint sensor, gyroscope, proximity, accelerometer, compass.

- Make sure to charge your device more than 50%

- Take a complete backup using any method given below

- Once you connect, it will automatically load the firmware, if not select it manually.
- Click on the start button and wait patiently to complete the installation process.
- Once it is done! remove your device from your PC. That’s it!
