Vivo iQOO 3 Specifications: Overview

The iQOO 3 features a 6.4-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display and it is HDR10+ compatible. It also has a massive 180Hz Touch Response rate, which is 50% higher than almost every phone available in the market. In terms of protection, the iQOO 3 comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 on both the front and the back. Underneath the iQOO 3, it sports the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC which pairs with the Adreno 650 GPU. The device is available in 8GB and 12GB of RAM versions. It also comes with 128GB and 256GB of internal storage. The higher-end variant i.e. 12GB + 256GB variant is only 5G capable and it also comes with UFS 3.1.

Coming to the optics, the iQOO 3 comes with the quad rear camera setup. Instead of the popular 64MP sensor, the brand has gone with a primary 48MP Sony IMX 582 with an f/1.8 aperture, PDAF. Further, this sensor also pairs with a 12MP telephoto lens with an f/2.5 aperture and offers up to 20x zoom. It has also a tertiary 13MP wide-angle sensor with an f/2.2 aperture value. Finally, it also has a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. The camera also supports features like Super Anti-shake that use the EIS algorithm even with the ultra-wide-angle lens. To the front, the device comes with a 16MP sensor with an f/2.5 aperture value and this sits inside the punch hole.

The iQOO 3 packs a large 4,400 mAh battery to last for a day with heavy use. The brand uses a USB type C port and it supports 55W fast charging tech. The brand claims that it just needs 15 minutes to charge the phone from 0%-50%. This tech is called Super Flash Charge by the brand. The device runs on the latest Android 10 out of the box which is on top of the iQOO UI 1.0 skin. This also packs with various gaming-centric features. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G VoLTE, and other typical connectivity options like the dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1.

Other sundries include that the device comes with a Carbon Fiber Vapor Cooling System for faster heat dissipation so that the phone stays cool during intense usage or gaming. Further, there are two pressure-sensitive buttons on to the side of the phone, which is called Monster Touch Buttons. The top-end model which is 5G capable and which uses UFS 3.1 is priced at Rs 44,990 which has 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
